Humble Beginnings

The company started as a build and sell organization. It’s first development project provided housing to the community in Anabu, Imus, Cavite. The completion of the project became the rock that founded the establishment of Ark Land Development Corporation.

Expanding the Horizon

After the successful development and turnover of Anabu, Imus, Cavite Project, the company joint venture with Rubysapphire Land Corporation that has the same vision as the organization: to provide quality and affordable housing that every family deserves.

This collaboration resulted in another victorious project named Kingswood Residences, a zen-type housing located at Pasong Buaya in Imus, Cavite.

Growth and Independence

In an effort to keep the momentum of success going, the Ark Land Development Corporation started to build projects independently and this time with a more purposeful mission.

Core of the Ark

The idea of families having to use handheld abanico to keep their children comfortably sleeping through the night became the driving motivation to the organization. Thus, the company’s social and environmental commitment to, not just build and sell houses, but to make homes available for Filipino families and promote clean energy power source.

Amaya Residences, a 3.8 hectare residential townhouse development   project, at Tanza, Imus, Cavite is being built with the sole purpose  of providing a home to every Filipino family that comes with cost  efficient solar energy system.
